Certificate Verification FAQ

It lets anyone confirm that a training certificate issued by P3 Safety Solutions is real, and whether it is still current. Employers, general contractors, inspectors, HR teams, and students can all use it. It is free and needs no login.

Go to the verification page and enter the certificate number printed on the certificate or wallet card, for example P3-1A2B3C4D. You will see the result right away: the holder, the course, the dates, and whether it is valid.

No number? Search by the student's name. To narrow a long list, add a company or course under "Show Advanced Filters." Name and filter searches show the most recent 15 matches.

Yes, if your browser's address bar shows verify.p3safetysolutions.com. The QR code on every P3 certificate and wallet card opens that certificate's record here. If a QR code took you to any other address, that certificate did not come from us.

Yes. Enter the certificate number and the person's name, then search. The result tells you whether the name you typed matches the certificate holder. Capital letters, accents, and punctuation do not matter, and a last name alone is enough.

The page confirms the training record, not who is standing in front of you, so check photo ID the way you normally would.

Yes. Every certificate result has a Print button, which prints the result with the date and time it was verified, and a Copy link button. The link runs the same check again whenever it is opened, so it always shows the current status.

• Valid The certificate is authentic and within its validity period.
• Expired The certificate is authentic, but it is past its expiration date. The holder needs to complete the course again to have a current certificate.
• Revoked P3 Safety Solutions withdrew the certificate, and it is no longer valid.
• Pending The number was assigned when the student checked in, but the class is not finished yet. It becomes verifiable once the class is completed.

Some courses do not carry an expiration date, such as the OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour outreach courses. The certificate stays valid on our records. Your company or site may still require refresher training on its own schedule.

Enter the number from the certificate. A real P3 certificate always has a record here, and its details (the holder's name, the course, the company, and the dates) should match the paper or card. Valid and Expired certificates are both authentic; Expired just means it is out of date.

If the number is not found, or the details do not match, treat the certificate as suspect and let us know.

Sometimes. A name may include a middle initial in one place and not the other, and companies sometimes change their legal name or DBA. If the certificate number, course, and dates line up, it is the same certificate. If something looks very different, contact us.

A certificate P3 Safety Solutions issued before our current certificate system. Those records were imported, so they are real P3 certificates, but they have a longer, older-style number and may not list every detail, such as the instructor. You can still verify one by entering its number exactly as printed.

Some classes are taught by a company's own certified trainer rather than a P3 Safety Solutions instructor. In that case the record names the trainer who delivered the class, so the certificate is never credited to someone who did not teach it.

• Check the number exactly as printed. The letter O and the number 0 are easy to confuse.
• Try searching by the student's last name only.
• If the class is still in progress, the number shows as Pending until the class is completed.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates come from the American Red Cross, not from P3 (see below).
• Still missing? Email info@p3safetysolutions.com with the certificate number and the student's full name, and we will look into it.

P3 Safety Solutions teaches these as American Red Cross classes, and the Red Cross issues the certificates. They are not listed here. Look them up on the Red Cross digital certificate page.

Email info@p3safetysolutions.com with a photo or scan of the certificate, where you received it, and the result you saw on this page. We take certificate fraud seriously and will investigate.

No. This page confirms that a certificate is real; it does not hand out copies. After your class is completed, P3 Safety Solutions emails you a download link, which works for 7 days. If yours has expired or never arrived, email info@p3safetysolutions.com and we will resend it.

Sí, si la barra de direcciones muestra verify.p3safetysolutions.com. El código QR de cada certificado y tarjeta de P3 abre aquí el registro de ese certificado. Si un código QR lo llevó a otra dirección, ese certificado no fue emitido por nosotros.

Sí. Ingrese el número de certificado y el nombre de la persona, y busque. El resultado indica si el nombre que escribió coincide con el titular del certificado. No importan las mayúsculas, los acentos ni la puntuación, y basta con el apellido.

La página confirma el registro de capacitación, no la identidad de quien está frente a usted, así que revise una identificación con foto como lo haría normalmente.

Sí. Cada resultado tiene un botón Imprimir, que imprime el resultado con la fecha y hora de la verificación, y un botón Copiar enlace. El enlace repite la verificación cada vez que se abre, así que siempre muestra el estado actual.

• Válido El certificado es auténtico y está dentro de su periodo de vigencia.
• Vencido El certificado es auténtico, pero ya pasó su fecha de vencimiento. El titular debe volver a tomar el curso para tener un certificado vigente.
• Revocado P3 Safety Solutions retiró el certificado y ya no es válido.
• Pendiente El número se asignó cuando el estudiante se registró, pero la clase aún no termina. Podrá verificarse cuando se complete la clase.

Algunos cursos no tienen fecha de vencimiento, como los cursos de divulgación OSHA de 10 y 30 horas. El certificado sigue siendo válido en nuestros registros. Su empresa o sitio de trabajo puede exigir capacitación de repaso según su propio calendario.

Ingrese el número del certificado. Un certificado real de P3 siempre tiene un registro aquí, y sus datos (el nombre del titular, el curso, la empresa y las fechas) deben coincidir con el papel o la tarjeta. Los certificados válidos y vencidos son auténticos; vencido solo significa que ya no está al día.

Si el número no aparece o los datos no coinciden, considere el certificado como sospechoso y avísenos.

A veces. Un nombre puede incluir la inicial del segundo nombre en un lugar y no en otro, y las empresas a veces cambian de razón social o DBA. Si el número de certificado, el curso y las fechas coinciden, es el mismo certificado. Si algo se ve muy diferente, contáctenos.

Un certificado que P3 Safety Solutions emitió antes de nuestro sistema actual. Esos registros se importaron, así que son certificados reales de P3, pero tienen un número más largo de estilo antiguo y pueden no mostrar todos los datos, como el instructor. Puede verificarlo ingresando el número tal como aparece impreso.

Algunas clases las imparte un capacitador certificado de la propia empresa, no un instructor de P3 Safety Solutions. En ese caso el registro nombra al capacitador que impartió la clase, para no atribuir el certificado a alguien que no la enseñó.

• Revise el número tal como aparece impreso. La letra O y el número 0 se confunden fácilmente.
• Pruebe buscar solo por el apellido del estudiante.
• Si la clase aún está en curso, el número aparece como Pendiente hasta que se complete.
• Los certificados de Primeros Auxilios, RCP y DEA los emite la Cruz Roja Americana, no P3 (vea abajo).
• ¿Sigue sin aparecer? Escriba a info@p3safetysolutions.com con el número de certificado y el nombre completo del estudiante, y lo revisaremos.

P3 Safety Solutions imparte estas clases como clases de la Cruz Roja Americana, y la Cruz Roja emite los certificados. No aparecen aquí. Búsquelos en la página de certificados digitales de la Cruz Roja.

No. Esta página confirma que un certificado es auténtico; no entrega copias. Cuando se complete su clase, P3 Safety Solutions le envía por correo un enlace de descarga que funciona durante 7 días. Si el enlace venció o nunca le llegó, escriba a info@p3safetysolutions.com y se lo reenviaremos.
