Certificate Verification FAQ

Quick answers for employers, hiring managers, inspectors, and students checking a P3 Safety Solutions training certificate.

What is this page for?

This page lets anyone confirm that a training certificate issued by P3 Safety Solutions is real and currently valid. Employers, general contractors, inspectors, HR teams, and students themselves can all use it — no login required.

How do I verify a certificate?

Go to the verification page and enter the certificate number printed on the certificate. If you don't have the number, search by the student's name. You can narrow the results further with the company and course filters under "Show Advanced Filters." Name and filter searches return up to 15 results — if there are more matches, add more filters to narrow it down.

I scanned a QR code on a certificate — am I in the right place?

Yes. Every P3 certificate has a QR code on the front that links to verify.p3safetysolutions.com. If the QR code took you somewhere else, that certificate did not come from us.

The name or company doesn't exactly match. Is that normal?

Sometimes. Names can be entered with a middle initial in one place and not the other, and companies sometimes change legal names or DBAs. As long as the certificate number, course, and approximate issue date line up, the certificate is the same one. If something looks significantly different, contact us.

I can't find a certificate that should exist. What now?
  • Double-check the certificate number — letters like O and 0 are easy to confuse.
  • Try searching by the student's last name only.
  • The certificate may be very recent — newly issued cards can take a few hours to appear.
  • If it still doesn't appear, email info@p3safetysolutions.com with the certificate number and the student's full name and we will look into it.
How do I tell if a P3 certificate is legitimate?

A legitimate P3 Safety Solutions certificate will appear here with a green "Valid" badge when you enter its certificate number. The verification page shows the student name, company, course, instructor, and issue and expiration dates — these should all match the printed certificate. If they don't match, treat the certificate as suspect.

What do "Valid," "Expired," and "Revoked" mean?
  • Valid — the certificate is active and within its validity window.
  • Expired — training was issued in the past but the renewal window has passed; the student should retake the course.
  • Revoked — the certificate was withdrawn by P3 Safety Solutions and is no longer recognized.
I'm a student — can I download my own certificate from here?

No — this page is for verifying that a certificate is real, not for downloading it. After your class completes, P3 Safety Solutions sends you an email with a download link. That link is valid for 7 days. If yours has expired or you never received it, email info@p3safetysolutions.com and we'll resend it.

How do I report a suspicious or fraudulent certificate?

Email info@p3safetysolutions.com with a photo or scan of the certificate, where you received it, and the result you saw on this page. We take certificate fraud seriously and will investigate.
